Terms of Service
Welcome to Grounded ("the App"), an application operated by an individual creator ("we", "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. App Provided "As Is"
You acknowledge that Grounded is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. This means:
- We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
- The App may contain bugs, errors, or cause data loss.
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice.
2. Use of the App
Grounded is a utility designed to help you manage your screen time by blocking access to certain apps on your device. You agree that:
- You will use the App only for lawful, personal purposes.
- You are responsible for configuring the blocking schedules. We are not liable for any missed communications, notifications, or emergencies that result from you blocking apps on your device.
- You will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the App's code or design.
3. User Accounts & Age Requirements
You do not need to create an account to use the core features of the App. However, if you provide your email for the waitlist or feedback, you agree to provide accurate information. We reserve the right to block access to anyone who violates these Terms.
Age Restriction: The App is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years of age. If you are under 16, you may not use the App under any circumstances.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the creator be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
This includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting from:
- Missed Communications: Failure to receive important messages, emails, or calls due to app blocking schedules.

- Psychological or Physical Distress: Any stress or consequences arising from digital habits or the interruption thereof.
You use the App entirely at your own risk. It is a supplemental tool, not a medical or emergency device.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
